PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

Sole Proprietor Vasyluk Serhii Leonidovych, acting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter — the “Contractor”), hereby offers to an unlimited number of persons (hereinafter — the “Customer”) to enter into this Public Offer Agreement for the provision of information services under the following terms and conditions.

  • 1.1. Agreement — this Public Offer Agreement concluded between the Contractor and the Customer by means of acceptance.
    1.2. Offer — a public proposal made by the Contractor and addressed to any person to conclude this Agreement on the terms set forth herein.
    1.3. Acceptance — full and unconditional consent of the Customer to the terms of this Offer.
    1.4. Services — information services provided by the Ion Exchange and Adsorption Laboratory through the Contractor, including, inter alia, water quality analysis and consulting support.

  • 2.1. The Contractor shall provide the Customer with information services related to the analysis and research of water, in accordance with the information published on the official resource of the laboratory.
    2.2. The Customer shall pay for the services provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • 3.1. This Agreement shall be concluded by the Customer’s acceptance of the Offer.
    3.2. Acceptance is effected by paying for the services in any method provided by the Contractor.
    3.3. From the moment payment is made, the Agreement shall be deemed concluded.

  • The Contractor undertakes to:4.1. Provide services in a timely and quality manner as stipulated by the Agreement.4.2. Provide the Customer with access to the research results through the designated laboratory service (in electronic form and/or, upon request, in the form of a paper copy).
    The Customer undertakes to:4.3. Provide accurate information required for the research in accordance with the laboratory’s requirements.4.4. Timely and fully pay for the services.

  • 5.1. he cost of services is established in accordance with the tariffs published on the laboratory’s website: https://vodalab.info/en/services (section WATER TESTS).
    5.2. Payment shall be made by cashless settlement through available payment services, including the LiqPay system. After payment, the Customer shall provide the Contractor with payment confirmation in the form of a receipt. 

  • 6.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for inaccuracies in results in case the Customer provides incorrect or false information.
    6.2. In the event of non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement, the parties shall bear liability in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

  • 7.1. Disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
    7.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by law.

  • 8.1. This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance by the Customer and remains in effect until full performance of obligations by the parties.
    8.2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement before the provision of services by notifying the Contractor in writing.

  • 9.1. The Contractor has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement by providing prior notice on the website.
    9.2. The Customer undertakes to regularly familiarize themselves with the current version of the Agreement.

This Agreement is a public offer and becomes effective in accordance with the terms provided herein.
